We believe the best way to support your health and well-being is to provide a simple, modern health and dental benefits plan that offers you choice to better support you and your family’s diverse needs.
Plan highlights include:
- Benefits budget – Use the dollar-based benefits budget to purchase coverage.
- Multiple coverage options – Choose from three different health and dental coverage levels (Economy, Select and Premium) with the ability to downgrade (one level at a time) or upgrade each year.
- Two spending accounts – Eligible groups receive amounts in the Health Care Spending Account (HCSA) and Wellness Account to use for expenses not covered under our health plan.
- Virtual care – Access to a virtual healthcare platform designed to improve you and your family’s health and wellness by providing direct access to doctors from the comfort of your home.
